You can offer members current interest rates for any share or loan type. Members can identify what type of rate they’d like (savings, auto, mortgage, etc) and hear the most up-to-date information for that type of rate.
Your credit union can create up to 12 custom questions and answers to address any topic your member might ask that’s not already covered by the default conversations.
