About John Janclaes:
John is a strategic thinker focused on driving growth for credit unions in the new age of digital. His decades of history as a credit union operator uniquely informs his approach to what’s next.
From 2004 to 2021, he led the growth initiatives of Partners Federal Credit Union, which serves employees of The Walt Disney Company and their families. Today, Partners operates 11 branches, serves 180,000 members, manages $2.250 billion in assets.
John is a credit union leader first, but throughout his career, his active involvement as an advisor, thought leader, connector, mentor and board member with the industry’s largest, longest-operating and most visionary organizations has kept him on the leading edge of innovation. About Anne Legg:
Anne Legg is the founder of THRIVE Strategic Services. She is an award-winning, internationally recognized credit union industry leader who is leading change via the development of data transformation strategies for Credit Unions. She is an author, educator and marketplace presenter who holds an MBA thesis on the credit union business model as well as two internationally published whitepapers on credit union business strategy. She has worked with nearly 600 credit union senior leaders to help them leverage their data for exponential growth.
About Glen Sarvady:
Glen Sarvady is a 20+ year veteran of the payments and FinTech industries. His firm 154 Advisors provides actionable insights, data-driven analysis and strategy formulation to help financial institutions navigate the rapidly evolving payments landscape. He is a frequent industry speaker and author, and a founding director of the Technology Association of Georgia’s FinTech Society.
Prior to founding 154 Advisors in 2015, Glen co-led McKinsey’s payments-focused Global Concepts unit for six years and managed Deluxe’s Financial Services check and payments programs for two years. He also held various senior operating and financial roles at CheckFree from 1996-2005, spanning most of the firm’s life as a public company. Glen is a former Federal Reserve Bank examiner and part of the startup team that launched the University of Pennsylvania Student Federal Credit Union, where he currently serves on the Board of Advisors.
