Credit Unions Claim Their Name with CU Voice Registry

Best Innovation Group (BIG), the leading provider of voice solutions specifically for financial institutions, recently announced that in the first two months of operation, its CU Voice Registry project (www.cuvoiceregistry.com) has enabled 11 credit unions to claim their name by creating voice applications for their members. BIG leverages its FIVE Voice Banking Platform to create a unique registration process that delivers a fast and effective way for financial institutions to register and safeguard their voice application names.

BIG builds custom voice applications for each client on both the Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice services. Each financial institution also gains access to a content repository within the voice banking platform that enables management of all voice content in one location, reducing the silos of data and improving the consistency of experience between voice services.

The voice applications created by CU Voice Registry are publicly available and enable the financial institutions to promote their services while providing useful information about their organization. The questions and responses are customized by the financial institution and branded specifically for their organization. Because the organization can update their content at any time, information doesn’t become stale.
