Kirk built the strategy that helped Bethpage FCU grow from $950 mm in assets to $6B in 15 years, doubling the assets every five years without mergers or access to capital. He has demonstrated the success of blending credit union philosophy with a community banking business model. He used strategy, member value proposition, cultural change, alignment, brand creation, technology, shared services, financial drivers and learning to take Bethpage from 40th largest CU to the 17th.

Belinda Caillouet

Belinda Caillouet is an executive leader with 31 years of experience championing the credit union difference. A trusted technology partner and leader; she builds strong teams, leading and inspiring employees, and challenging them to reach their full potential. In 2018, Belinda started Looking Glass Consulting; a firm focused on meeting the complex technology needs of credit unions, FinTechs, and established vendors across the country, as well as providing leadership coaching. Prior to starting her consulting business, Belinda held the position of Chief Operations and Information Officer at STCU, where she oversaw the technology, operations, and retail divisions of the credit union.

Stephen Breed

While serving as CEO of the World Bank’s Credit Union, Stephen brought the institution to top-tier financial performance during the recent global recession. Recognized in the credit union industry as a thought leader and visionary, he developed a proven methodology for strategic planning, resulting in performance metrics, defined roles, strong teams, accountability, a balanced scorecard, innovative products, and full staff engagement. Prior to his role as CEO, Stephen served as Director of Lending Services for over 17 years. He has extensive experience in lending and operations - including consumer, mortgage and business lending as well as credit cards. His areas of expertise include process improvement, product development, technology optimization, performance metrics, credit risk management, growth strategies and business development.
