(Tampa, FL, December 16, 2019) Best Innovation Group (BIG), a technology and financial services innovator, announced that Michigan First Credit Union is now live with BIG’s FIVE Voice Banking Platform, enabling voice-activated banking services for its members across Amazon Alexa apps and devices.
Michigan First’s Amazon certification for the FIVE Platform and associated voice applications, empowers nearly 160,000 members to perform dozens of financial interactions through any Alexa-enabled device. These interactions are transactional, as opposed to merely informational, creating a true voice-first banking experience.

The FIVE solution is totally configurable using BIG’s platform, which provides a unique look and feel tailored to Michigan First’s brand. The Alexa skill is built with ease of use in mind, including PIN-protected security and intuitive user experience, allowing members to simply launch the skill and go.

FIVE currently integrates with a number of cores and online banking platforms, including the Correlation Keystone core used by Michigan First. They are the sixth voice banking client to receive certification of their fully integrated voice application. Four other BIG clients have launched informational voice applications to both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. About two dozen more clients are in various stages of implementation with BIG’s FIVE platform.
