BIG Consulting Announces New Client: Deere Employees Credit Union
Tampa, FL. (December 2, 2019) Best Innovation Group’s (BIG) Consulting division is pleased to announce the signing of Deere Employees Credit Union (DECU). The credit union has retained BIG Consulting to provide one year of data analytics executive project management services.
BIG will provide executive project management services including coordinating bi-weekly meetings, ensuring organizational alignment with the data analytics strategy, roadmap, and implementation schedule. BIG will help coordinate multiple departments, align several vendors, identify project roadblocks, and ensure that the cultural transition stays on course. BIG uses its vast knowledge of analytic platforms, in order to avoid common mistakes and to ensure quick wins.
