Users can ask Alexa for your name, address, phone number, business hours, CEO’s name, when you were founded and the website address. They can also hear a brief history of your credit union and information on how to become a member as well as what to do if they lose their cards.
You can offer members periodically updated information rates for any share or loan type. Members can identify what type of rate they’d like (savings, auto, mortgage, etc) and hear the most currently updated information for that type of rate.
